solotspk Terms & Conditions — Official Player Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "solotspk", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the solotspk platform, its operators, and its affiliated entities operating under the applicable international gaming licence.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the solotspk platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the solotspk website at solotspk.net, including all games, betting markets, account features, payment interfaces, and promotional content accessible thereon.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account created by a Player upon completing the solotspk registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their Account using accepted payment methods, excluding any bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bets, or other incentive funds credited to an Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount that must be wagered using Bonus Balance before that balance becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotional terms.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by solotspk's international gaming licence obligations.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency of the solotspk platform wallet.

By accessing the solotspk platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any supplementary policies incorporated herein by reference — including but not limited to the solotspk Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the solotspk platform and close your Account by contacting our support team via live chat.

These Terms & Conditions are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. solotspk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 13 of this agreement.

Access to and use of the solotspk platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement. solotspk conducts age verification at registration and at the point of first withdrawal.
• Jurisdiction: You must access the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction prior to registering.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or otherwise lacking contractual capacity are not eligible to register.
• Self-exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion or cool-off period on the solotspk platform or on any other platform operated under the same gaming licence.
• Problem gambling: You must not be registered on any national or operator-managed problem gambling self-exclusion scheme that would prohibit your participation on the platform.

To access real-money features of the solotspk platform, you must create an Account by completing the registration process truthfully and in full. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, a valid email address, and your date of birth.

4.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain one active Account on the solotspk platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be terminated and all associated balances forfeited without recourse.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. solotspk will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify solotspk immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 KYC Verification

solotspk is required under its international gaming licence to conduct identity verification (KYC) on all player accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests. You will be required to submit valid copies of government-issued identification (CNIC or passport), proof of residential address, and — where applicable — proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after a withdrawal request will have the request placed on hold until verification is completed.

All financial transactions on the solotspk platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). solotspk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, debit card, and cryptocurrency where available.

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit on solotspk is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit unless specifically imposed on an individual account for responsible gaming or compliance reasons. Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. solotspk is not responsible for delays in deposit crediting attributable to third-party payment processors.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification as described in Section 4.3. solotspk reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframes specified in the platform's payment information page. solotspk will not process withdrawals to any payment method not used for deposits on the account, except where explicitly approved by the compliance team.

5.3 Currencies and Fees

The solotspk platform wallet operates natively in PKR. No currency conversion fees are charged by solotspk on PKR transactions. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers are outside solotspk's control and may apply. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of crediting.

solotspk offers promotional bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bet sizes applicable to each bonus will be specified in the individual promotional terms.
• Attempting to withdraw Bonus Balance before the wagering requirement is met will result in the forfeiture of the entire Bonus Balance, not merely the unwagered portion.
• solotspk reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring wagering already in progress under the existing terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies specifically targeting bonus offers, or coordinated multi-account bonus farming — will result in forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings and may result in account suspension.

All games available on the solotspk platform are provided by licensed third-party software providers. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and casino games are sourced from the respective software provider's independently audited data.

7.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on solotspk — including cricket, PSL, football, and UFC — are governed by the sportsbook rules published on the platform. In the event of a discrepancy between sportsbook rules and these Terms & Conditions, the sportsbook rules shall prevail in respect of bet settlement matters. All other matters are governed by these Terms.

7.2 Void Bets and Errors

solotspk reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a manifest error, system fault, or data feed error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's Real Money Balance. solotspk will not honour bets placed on odds that were clearly incorrect at the time of placement, regardless of whether the event outcome would have resulted in a win.

7.3 Technical Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or betting event, solotspk's decision on the resolution of that round or bet is final. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, the stake will be returned. Winnings accrued during a demonstrably malfunctioning game session may be withheld pending investigation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the solotspk platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or software tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer, or any other multiplayer game context.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes — whether in games, the payment system, or any other platform feature.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid AML monitoring thresholds, or using the platform to facilitate financial crime.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including bonus farming.
• Transferring funds between player accounts.
• Using chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after placing wagers.
• Harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive conduct directed at solotspk staff or other players via any communication channel.

solotspk reserves the right to suspend accounts, void bets, retain balances, and report conduct to relevant authorities where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected. Investigations may be conducted without prior notice to the player.

solotspk is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of the platform. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms & Conditions and are binding on both solotspk and the Player.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time via account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Players may set loss limits over defined periods. Once a loss limit is reached, further real-money wagering is suspended for the relevant period.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to receive reminders of time spent on the platform.
• Cool-off periods: Players may apply a cool-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, access to real-money features is suspended. Cool-off periods cannot be reversed once activated.
• Self-exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from the solotspk platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period. solotspk will endeavour to enforce self-exclusion across all communication channels.

solotspk reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where usage patterns are consistent with problem gambling behaviour, without requiring player consent.

All content on the solotspk platform — including but not limited to the solotspk brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of solotspk or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written permission from solotspk.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any platform software.
• Use the solotspk brand name or logo in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of solotspk intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may be subject to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, solotspk's total liability to any Player in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total Real Money Balance held in the Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

solotspk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from:

• Interruptions to platform availability due to maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Game outcomes, which are determined by independently certified RNG systems.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Any action taken by solotspk in good faith pursuant to these Terms & Conditions, including account suspension or bet voiding.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits solotspk's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

solotspk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by solotspk is used for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and — where you have consented — the delivery of promotional communications. solotspk does not sell player data to third parties.

You have the right to access, rectify, and — subject to legal retention obligations — request deletion of your personal data. Such requests should be directed to the support team via live chat. Full details of your data rights are set out in the Privacy Policy.

solotspk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, solotspk will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or on-platform notification prior to the change taking effect.

Non-material amendments — such as clarifications, formatting changes, or corrections that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of either party — may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

Your continued use of the solotspk platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your Account before the effective date of the change.

solotspk may suspend or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual.
• Regulatory instruction from the applicable gaming authority.
• Platform closure or withdrawal of services from a specific jurisdiction.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account — after deduction of any outstanding bonus balance subject to forfeiture — will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, solotspk reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, solotspk may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which solotspk holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any conflict between the laws of that jurisdiction and the laws of your country of residence, the governing jurisdiction law shall prevail to the extent permitted.

15.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of the solotspk platform, the following resolution process applies:

1. Step 1 — Internal Resolution: Contact the solotspk support team via live chat with full details of your complaint. The team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the internal resolution, you may escalate the complaint in writing to the solotspk compliance team, providing all relevant transaction references and correspondence.
3. Step 3 — Regulatory Body: If the escalated complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to the applicable gaming regulatory authority under whose licence solotspk operates.

Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before initiating any formal legal proceedings. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event outcome.
